Telephone calls and letters are charged at 15 minute increments at the customary fee I accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You may also pay by credit/ATM card through Paypal (Just click the Continue Checkout link on the bottom left of the Paypal page to pay without having or logging into a Paypal account). Please call the office to determine if your PPO policy will reimburse your therapy out of network. I do work out of network with PPO’s and will provide the necessary documentation to help you obtain reimbursement. I am not in network with any insurance companies. I do not accept Medi-Cal or Medi-Care reimbursement.24-Hour Cancellation Policy
During the scheduling of a first appointment, I will discuss my specific attendance policy, and it will be reiterated for you as well as at the first visit. A 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment is required so that I can fill that time with another client. You are financially responsible for a missed appointment, or one that is cancelled without 24 hour notice. I require all clients to hold your scheduled time slot with a credit card authorization or personal check. When sessions are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hour notification, the check is cashed or card is charged for the session fee.
