FEES FOR SERVICES

My fee for individual/couple/family services are:

$100.00-$115.00 per 45-50 minutes - Temecula Office
$100.00 per 45-50 minutes - Moreno Valley Office

Fee Adjustment Considerations:

Please call Ann to discuss fees and fee adjustment for services. Some considerations are given in adjusting the normal fee for the following;

Location (Moreno Valley)
Time of appointment (daytime)
Payment of five or more sessions in advance
Payment of ten or more sessions in advance (Greater adjustment)

Additional services:

Customary fee for telephone calls and letters in 15 minute increments
Speaking by arrangement

I accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Please call the office to determine your insurance benefits and applicability.

I am sorry, I do not accept Medi-Cal or Medi-Care reimbursement.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Therapy is scheduled hourly well in advance. An unattended appointment or less than 24 hour notice is an hour I am available for you but unproductive due to the lack of adequate notice. Sufficient notice prevents this from occuring.

A 24 hour requirement to cancel an appointment is required for the opportunity to fill an appointment with another client.

I will request for you to hold your spot with a credit card or personal check in case of a less than 24 hour notification of a cancelled appointment, as a charge will be incurred if that occurs. During the scheduling of a first appointment, I will discuss my specific attendance policy as well as at the first visit.
