When you need some extra help…
Below are sites you may find useful to help you gain greater understanding, find information or seek support for an issue. Feel free to share any thoughts or experiences you may have with any site you go into regarding it's helpfulness or any problems.

- GENERAL RESOURCES - Some of these sights are very medically modeled , and a little overwhelming when you are just wanting help with a life problem. However, they are useful for those who are dealing with mental health questions and issues. They may be helpful for some and not useful for others.
- MARRIAGE AND PRE-MARITAL RESOURCES - I have a definite bias toward marriage and these websites will help you with tools and ideas to help you stay in your marriage and work out problems you are experiencing. They are a good adjunct to therapy.
- DIVORCE RESOURCES - Although my preference and energy is to help couples stay in their relationships, sometimes people feel they cannot work it out or are coming to me to deal with a breakup they have already decided to go through with. In those situations, these sites may be helpful.
-PERSONALITY INVENTORIES - You may wonder why you do some of the things you do at times. And you may wonder why your partner does some of the things he or she does at times. Personality accounts for many of the strong inclinations in ourselves that may be consistent and difficult to change. With understanding, however, we can be more patient with ourselves and with others. Here are a few useful tools for self understanding
-PARENT ISSUES- Today, parent's face more challenges than ever. Blended families, single parents and even two parent families who are just over loaded with demands and problems need help and support. Unfortunately, more often families today have less extended family support to depend upon. Here are some resources that may help.
